I like to think Barry never came back and that Wally got so good with the speed force that he created a speed force clone of Barry with his imagination the same way he can create costumes out of the speed force.

Permanent Death only happens when everyone forgets a character. Like, all these stupid "The only characters who stay dead are Gwen Stacy, Jason Todd and Uncle Ben" shit doesn't work because you keep bringing them up over and over again. OF COURSE a writer is going to bring them back! You won't shut up about them not coming back to life that it's a shocker when they do!

If 30 people on /co/ started to post about Wallflower all of a sudden on Twitter, ask about Wallflower on CBR message boards, sent Emails to Marvel, and even commissioned artists to draw her again? Within the next 5 years, Wallflower would be back alive in comics.

It's all about being forgotten to make a permanent death happens.
