And, this is random, but lately I've been thinking: what if Power Girl, instead of being an alt Super Girl, was basically just an identity Super Girl switched to as she got older and more mature (as well as grew in a few places)?

Sort of like how Dick Grayson moved on from Robin to Nightwing.

I guess I just miss the point of The Big Two methods of writing and such, but my idea feels a little less 'cluttered'. If that makes sense.
