I think they are talking about the video when Sid goes full Meta and breaks 4th wall.

Stars with him asking his parents how he was made or where did he come from something like that. Sort of hints that his parents are going to explain sex or something but instead make him go through some sort of portal and he ends up in the real world. Then the creators of the show explain how they make it in front of Sid and explain how he isn't real and such.
