What are some atmospheric cartoons?
Over the Garden Wall and Samurai Jack come to mind, but surprisingly so does Invader Zim as well. I feel these three cartoons are excellent at establishing mood through their visual style and environments. Which other cartoons ~~or anime~~ do you know of that accomplish this as well?

Look for Mushishi, it does that AMAZINGLY well.

as for Cartoon, I guess that old Batman did this too.
