I guess you didn't fully read the issue. Dinah was taken to an alt-universe where that Ollie's Dinah died. Fate wanted both of them to be happy together. However, Batman managed to recruit them into coming back to help his universe.

I mean that's so contrived. Batman would've had to have asked Fate what happened to Dinah and then asked him to bring them both to his world instead of letting them be happy in another dimension together and Fate would've had to have agreed. And surely if he has that kind of power to bring back anyone from anywhere then he should bring back Superboy and co too.

Come to think of it, Superman is sent to the Phantom Zone at the end of Injustice 2, the same place Superboy is. I imagine the series will die before they can milk that one, but whatever.

2º) Superman swore no war on Earth coming from Earth. Apokolips is another planet that Superman couldn't control. Either way, he exterminated Kalibak and his army in record time, before they massacred the whole humanity.
