let's be honest, most content is shit, don't overrate french comics just because on some of them you could see boobies, also they are actually belgian for a huge part, the only really relevant "french comic" from France itself is Asterix.

Franco-Belgian comics (especially the modern ones) suffers of having a good artstyle but a terrible scenario, especially on the heroic fantasy shit.
god tier content are mostly about comedy or adventure.

That actually helps with inferencing, in the sense that you actually have to guess what the replaced word it.
It isn't good for initial teaching, but it is good for practicing
(from the pic you posted: teach them the verb to chop in french, and have them properly remember and place it in the text)

Where the fuck can I find music in french? Like, music services usually do have french artists and songs but searching for them is a pain compared to all the anglo and even latin stuff. Can't really utilise youtube either as I'm not really familiar with any bands or artists or scenes and a general search yields only the most generic and superficial stuff imaginable.

At this point I've just resigned myself to listening to dubbed disney songs as they've got clear female vocals and are easy to find (and make this post on-topic).

Golden Cup?

Trying to remember the names of two European comics I read as a kid (probably French, but they could be Belgian, or something else, I dunno). The comics are old. As in, think 15 to 25 years old, probably.

One was about a boy that discovers some kind of shapeshifting alien/robot that pretends to be a toy spaceship. I read that when I was really really young, so that's all I remember, aside from the fact that it ended really sad, and it made me cry.

Another one was a fantasy comic about some random gang of adventurers trying to stop some evil. It was a very diverse group, I remember some lanky punk who was the chosen one, who ended up fucking some holy virgin to produce a child that would end up saving the world, with explicit fucking and LITERALLY an image of the resulting creampie. There also was some huge purple hairy monster-guy, almost a parody of '80s American comic antiheroes. He ended up getting bit by zombies storming the castle they hid in, so he cut off his arm, burned the stump, and decided that he might as well take a last stand against the zombies while the rest of the heroes left in an airship.
It might have had an issue where the group rides giant chickens on the cover. I don't remember exactly.

I'd really like to have one tho, it seems like a great car to drive in the city and the countryside. Plus it's super easy to repair yourself if it breaks down (very simple engine and components, plus enthusiasts are still making parts for them so they're not too hard to come by)

It's okay. Main draw is that the MC is cute and wears practically nothing. The stories themselves are the usual scifi/fantasy-mixture with a relatively drama-free woman main character.

I'd personally rate it lower than Marisa UNLESS you're particularily fond of scifi/fantasy-mixture stories.
