Where is Cyborg Superman in the New 52?

Basically, DC is just cherrypicking previous continuity to what they see fit and/or to what old readers would like to see again. But the way it affects the universe varies with each title.

Flash's still pretty much the same even with the addition of the two Wallys. Dr Silas and Daniel West were recently mentioned.

Superman and WW are probably the ones having the biggest shake up.

When it comes to titles like Batman or Green Lantern, which were the less affected by the new 52, it's just business as usual.

Regarding JSA, it's implied that Johnny Thunder is responsible for their disappearance, even though Jay is currently trapped in the speedforce and Kent Nelson has been kicking around.

1. JLA I believe disbanded once they got Adam Strange out of the Zeta Beams (but it is possible they could come back if a writer wanted to bother with them).

2. Nubo and Main Man are separate people. Main Man is now the one up front, while not killed off Nubo was left in a shrunk bottle under Larfleeze's hands after getting him from Brainiac.

3. Prof Zoom WAS affected by outside time and space (was why he could never kill Barry) until Flashpoint where (since he was outside the timestream during the dickery) he finally COULD kill Barry. But he ended up killed by Thomas Wayne. There is a new Thawne from a DCYou story but he was shown to be more influenced to gaining more power so not the Barry hating super speedster we used to love.

4. Power has returned to her origin of being Supergirl of Earth 2. She then got stuck on main Earth, built a fortune 500 company to make tech so she could return to her Earth with Huntress (Earth 2 Helena Wayne). She did succeed and you can read her Earth 2 adventures. During her leaving Earth 0, a huge explosion happened causing the super genius black teen girl who now owned the fortune500 company gain powers and become Earth 0 Power Girl (can read her adventure in DCYou teen Titans and Rebirth Deathstroke)

5. Manhunters (including the earth vigilantes who went by that name and the warrior title for the Martians) have always been influenced by the Manhunters. It hasn't been brought up in N52 but until shown otherwise I'm sure they're still following that canon.

6. Ted Kord has been around since Forever Evil. He plays a major role in the current Blue Beetle comic.

7. Too many to mention. Since stories take so long to produce and they usually wanna stay current year but not age the characters as fast, things often get rewritten to not happen or happen during a different decade (remember that Simpsons episode where Marge went to college and Homer was in a grunge band cause timelines now had teen them in the 90s? Something like that)

8. Harley is written more anti-hero these days in her solo ongoing comic but she is still part of Suicide Squad (likely her solo comic is noncanon if you care about that) so she can still be villainous if a writer wanted to go that way.

Cyborg Superman has shown up twice in Supergirl stories (once earlier in N52 and recent in Rebirth)
Instead of Hank Henshaw it is Zor-El, Supergirl's father. Who was found with the city of Argo after Krypton had been destroyed by Braniac and cyborized to be his slave/herald (as well as to look like Jor-El since Braniac likes Jor-El's sciency ass more).

The problem is DC just won't let a decent idea die.
Some silver age writer liked the JSA so he let the two groups meet.
Some writers preferred the old origins that required a multiverse so we had Infinite Crisis bring it back.
They say "fuckit let's go as crazy as we can" so we had Convergence and between that and Multiversity pretty much all old ideas are kinda canon again in some small form or another.
