Can you see the potential of him being a great batman villain?

Yeah, as some kind of "hidden in plain sight" Kaizer Soze style mastermind.

Every villain has potential to be great, you just have to know what works for them. Kite Man doesnt have to be this lethal criminal mastermind, just leave him a thrill seeking thief who pulls off near suicidal heists

>implying King isn't setting him up to become the next Batman
>>93161478
Yes. He's fucking hilarious.

Pretty sure King's run is going to end either with that or with Kite-Man having some sort of ironic redemption.

This. A great villain doesn't mean they have to have these big, menacing stories, or that they have to be easily reusable, or fit into movies. A great villain is one who is memorable and you enjoyed reading about.
Hugo Strange is an example of a great villain who's menacing because he isn't overused, and Kite-Man so far has been great because he only shows up when it's funny and they haven't tried to tell us about some tragic backstory he has.

Sure.
I can see him being so crazy, and no one noticing it, that his actions end up adding, one after another, to the whole city being bombed or blown up, or worse, just because some crazy whim and cary alliance with some very bad and evil guys that passed by.

>cary
I don't know what I was meaning with that.
