I always have a conflicted time answering this, my childhood favorite was Spider-Man...and I still love Spider-Man, but I've also always loved the Punisher....though I don't really consider him a "super hero", I love Venom as much as Spider-Man, but have a hard time calling him my favorite super hero since I haven't been happy with his treatment for fucking ever now and is more of an anti-hero at best, and over the years I've become more invested in Moon Knight but still not sure if I could say I like him more than Spider-Man since there's the nostalgia factor. Meanwhile I also love Wolverine, Daredevil, and Batman, and while I enjoy some of those characters stories as much as Spider-Man when done right I don't think so either

In the end, I have to say Spider-Man, but I always have this big autistic time trying to figure it out in my head.
