Anyone have a link to the Superhero dictionary?

There's a 300Mb pdf somewhere with almost the entire book. It has all the dictionary words but it's missing the cover art and an introduction section (something like 15-20 pages). And I think it was scanned by some tumblr person rather than a scanner group, so the scans don't look as polished (see pic related).
I'm pretty sure I've seen the introduction scanned somewhere by some other person too, but I don't remember where.
I don't think actual scanner groups have ever touched on the book.

Alright, since I doubt anyone is going to care about one dictionary, let's make this a general artbook share thread.

Anyone have a good copy of Bruce Timm's Naughty and Nice?
