Only Kilg%re was stolen. But after recently reading that old Cyborg mini from 2008, H8-Bit is similar to a pre-Flashpoint Cyborg villain who was also his childhood best friend and became a cyborg.

There was also Mr. Orr and the Phantom Limbs, and the Cyborg Revenge Squad with Cyborg 2.0 (evil, future Cyborg), Cyborgirl, Gizmo, Thinker, Magenta and Shrapnel and I think someone else.
