...well, technically, my mom bought it for me when I was about four, but it still counts.
A mediocre story by Gerry Conway with art by the underrated Alex Saviuk.
At least it has a funny moment when Molten Man literally fridges Spider-Man, than tries to crush him with an elevator.

I vaguely remember that story. That's when they got fused, right?

This one maybe? I'm not sure anymore it's been a long time.

Nope, Libya.
Saw it in a flea market years ago. The guy had hundreds of comics and since I was a fan of Indiana Jones (still am), this one stuck out to me. The guy told me about Marvel's other Indy comics he had, and if I came back the next week, he would pull some from his collection at home and sell them to me. This went on for about a year until I had bought all he had for Indy books (about 85% of the Marvel comics and some of the Dark Horse books). Later I found the books I was missing and that became the first complete comic series I had.

Yes it is.
One of the best comics involving Eddie Brock, and that awesome Clayton Crain cover.
Got into ASM right after this with the Kingpin Back in Black stuff which was awesome.
Okay granted my dad bought it for me when I was like six but still. It was the first real comic I ever read.
