Going to be in Columbus, Ohio for a couple of days and would like to visit some comic shops. Any suggestions? Looking for used trade paperbacks & graphic novels, back issues of indy comics and old Comics Journals and fanzines, fifty-cent or buck boxes. Appreciate it, thanks.
Just one bump then I'll leave you unhelpful queers alone. I would have thought somebody would recommend at least one store, even if it was just the owner.

Thanks a heap, asswhistle. I'm aware of that site. I was looking for personal recommendations. I was hoping that a community of comics fans might be more eager to assist me but clearly that's not the case. This board is a joke. Peace out, losers.
Its Ohio. Youre more likely to find mayflies and rednecks than a comic shop.

That's North Shore and/or Cincy/Appalachian foothills. Central Ohio\Columbus is different. Has a burgeoning comic arts festival started by Jeff Smith and at least one museum and library devoted to cartoons and comics.

Motherfucker, not everyone in /co/ lives in Ohio. Stop fucking whining.
The Laughing Ogre is my personal favorite, it's up towards the Clintonville area.
Packrat Comics is also solid if you're on the west side. Not as an expansive comic selection, but they carry more shit like manga, toys, board games, if you're into that.
Comic Town has a good single-issue and vintage collection, but that's about it. Plus it's in a shitty part of town.
big fun in short north

>Go back to reading your Little Dot collection, spunk chunk. You probably live in someplace gay like Florida.
Sorry OP, I live in Dayton.
Tried to see if there were any co.ic companies in or near Columbus but no good.

Thanks, mate. Maybe in a few days I'll post pics of whatever swag I buy.
