Older cartoons, especially older obscure cartoons are impossible to find. The best you could do is a dead or incomplete torrent or maybe something on a video hosting site in shitty quality. As for uploading, who owns this? Would they even care? Uploading it on megaupload seems like a plan, a torrent isn't the best for stuff with very little interest in them.
