I've been wondering the same about Preacher. It's great that it got made, but I can't bring myself to watch what is undoubtedly a watered-down version of the source material.
How are you going to do Preacher on a network that can't show tits and can't use most profanity? If HBO/Showtime/STARZ picked it up, I would have given it a shot.
