Pretty sure that this would create a huge political scandal. Yugo charged against Ogrest with the 6 Dofi despite being told that this might destroy the world. His way of avoiding this involved launching a mountain into orbit big enought to cause a mass extinction. And that mountain almost caused a mass extincion event, so shit was risky and extremly questionable, Adamai being sick of his brothers shit is propably just the tip of the Iceberg.
So now you have Yugo, the king who made the most questionable decision in recorded history. And he gets together with Amalia, high Sadidian royality, the princess, the one you marry to forge alliances. So now, Sadidas and Elatrops are allied, it seems that the situation is shifting so that Eliatrops could get out. And everyone knows that. And everyone panicks. Because now, the questionable Eliatrop king, the kid who beat up Nox and almost destroyed the world gets people to rule over people. And Sadida gets access to a shit ton of Eliatrop kids.
This shit is a political Tsar Bomb for Sadida. You will propably have a shit ton of nations who will try to curbstomp Sadida the exact moment when the marriage is announced just because they fear that this kiddo gets into actual power and that the Eliatrops will cause a huge ass shift in power in favour of Sadida. The forces will most likely ally because they fear they can't keep up with them if they fight alone and outside of Sufokia, Iops and Ectaflips, Sadidas are propably isolated in that case. It will be a huge ass war, shit will be on fire in several locations and it will most likely leave a huge ass scar in World History.
And I really hope they try to pull this off, this shit will be fuckign gloious.

"Dofus3" is the provisional name for what used to be a 3D update for Dofus to change the graphic motor.
At some point they decided to make the motor work on all platforms (PC, phone, tablet), so 3D was out of the way and instead decided to make a smaller scale game to try out the new motor and then slowly move Dofus and Wakfu into that motor.

The game will be a small mix of the usual Dofus/Wakfu gameplay and a "card game", you'll decide what spells you'll have similarly to deckbuilding, and the appearance of your character will depend on it. There's also two new elements, light and dark.
They're also working on many features, such as ennemy level depending on the players, and each player controlling 3 characters each (with up to 4 players in a same group). The game will be free to play, but there may be no economy (all exchanges would be between people of the same guild).

Like 2 fuck'n years ago when They did their Bluray/english dub kickstarter campaign Ankama did some Q&A. I guess I probably wasnt directly asking the writers however I did attempt to ask them about Grovys name and why it fluctuated so frequently through out the show and even why what was verbally said didnt match the subtitles. Granted the subtitles were the 4chan team subs it didnt make any sense to me why the characters would say what sounds like "Paw-Paw" (or whatever) and yet the subs said "Grovy" or whatever. Grovy/Sadlygrove is the fansub name (chosen because Tristipan means Sad Pine in french, so he tried doing a similar name in meaning, hence Sadly Grove)

Dally/Percy/Percidal is the official english name.

There was some confusion over whether hes Percy or Dally, but it looks like they settled with Dally.

I got into Wakfu ~3 years ago and even I'm starting to feel like they need to get on with this already. Hard to stay into it when nothing's been happening

I only watched Wakfu when it first aired with the fansubs. If I wanted to go back and rewatch to have it all fresh in my mind when season 3 starts, what's the best way to watch it? Did the dubs turn out okay, or should I stick to subs, and if so official or fansubs?

The dub is literally unwatchable imo.

The voice direction is some of the worst I've ever seen, with characters constant mispronouncing common words.

I shit you not, I was rewatching some episodes the other night because of the Season 3 trailer hype and the woman that voices Amalia can't even say "Father" correctly.

(The reason I was watching it in English being that my Netflix automatically switches the language back to English between episodes for some reason and refuses to save my preferences. When I'm multitasking it sometimes takes me a minute or two to get around to fixing it again.)

Don't think that they will fight every Demigod. The whole theme is that they are confronted with thier own errors, so it will propably be more about the Demigods putting them in situations where they have to deal with thier own errors. They will propably show some hallucination scenes like Yugo gazing in a mirror where Quilby gazes back, Ruel being thrown in a room filled with gold while he sees the others being attacked by something, Amalia being forced to do boring tasks over and over again to confront her with her fear of being in charge, Eva needing to overcome the fact that she married an immortal guy and her feeling useless and Dally being forced to see losing his friends or the whole world burning because he couldn't prevent something.

The series will air in Netflix, in Tot's words, "some months after it airs in TV". So I guess all of it will be uploaded on Netflix soon after it ends airing on TV (three months after it begins)
