That's actually not from 2000. First they didn't have Tumblr back then. Second those are actually traced/redrawn from several other actually good drawings. (The first panel is from a sketch by DLT.) Whatever artist made this dumb comic is a tracing hack and a poor one at that. Every panel is traced.
