It's not out of the realm of possibility. And it would even make sense considering the other signs. The "gender" sign is Pidge and Allura, and we saw Allura try to confront Pidge about being a girl. The "race" sign is Keith and Hunk, and we saw Hunk ask Keith questions about his Galra heritage and accept this new side of him. Maybe Shiro is gay/bi and Lance will be the one who finds out about it or something. It's definitely not something I'm counting on, but who knows.

She doesn't have power over the general story direction, that's Lauren, Joaquim and Tim, and she didn't even write any of the Kallura-centric episodes in S2. She wrote Across the Universe and Stayin' Alive. And contrary to what's often said in these threads, she didn't write any Zutara-centric episodes in ATLA either. Sorry for your experiences, but do you seriously see Shiro as someone who would manipulate his teammates? If any Shiro/Paladin ship were to happen, it would be when the other Paladin is an adult and it would definitely be consenual (I'm not speaking about canon here, just hypothetically - I can't see Shiro every forcing himself on anyone or taking adventage of a younger person).
