There's a few ways. Seven Soldiers #0 is first and Seven Soldiers #1 is last no matter what. Outside of that it's modular.

You can read them in publication order which is how the trades collect them (this is best)

You can read each mini in full in any order you want (this is second best)

You can read every #1, then every #2, then every #3, then every #4 (this is worst, especially on the first read through)

Tryhards will come in here and talk shit but they're all lying, no one got it the first read through. Just read through it a few times and pay close attention to the individual details. Morrison never wastes a single line, it all has meaning. You can read it backwards too if you want.
