Superman's ending isn't the good ending. You'd be mad to think it's not the one they make canon in I3, the storyline potential is much higher. Let's not forget NRS' flagship series made the bad ending canon twice before, one occasion having the entire cast brutally kill one another until only the ultimate villain survived, requiring a rewrite of franchise history.

I love Batman but even I was a little wary of how I2 followed the footsteps of its predecessor and had you play as him in multiple chapters while some characters go unused. Making the bad ending canon should prevent that happening until the conclusion on I3.

I mean, I guess let's speculate as we won't be seeing it until at least 2021.

Sure, towards the end of the first game he lost all control of the situation and went full retard. No arguments here.
But the very fact that things got that bad feels like an asspull. The government established in the first chapters of the comic was not actually that bad as it was painted. Authoritarian? Sure. But it was not a needless and cruel tyranny for the sake of tyranny.
One of the key ideas of society is willingness to limit individual liberties in order for the betterment of all. To understand that your own freedom ends where the freedom of other person starts. And Regime supposedly offered an incredible rise in the personal safety in exchange for harsher punishment for criminals. Which is not inherently bad. It may be, but we have no way of knowing since we weren't shown if it worked. We were just told that it didn't.

No one thinks Superman is right by the end of Injustice 2. Usually, those that say Superman did nothing wrong are referring to the fact he wanted to kill criminals and force an end to all conflict after that Metropolis tragedy. So what does /co/ think of Mr. Freeze's updated appearance after the 1.04 patch?

I'm actually considering buying him now. I still haven't spent any of my shards so I'm sitting on a stockpile right now. I'm a massive Mr. Freeze fan but was absolutely disgusted by how awful he looked in-game originally. While I still prefer his classic suit outfit to the new 52 outfit, the helmet does a lot to make the outfit more palatable in my opinion.

Looks like I need to start labbing Captain Cold again.

There just needs to be some way to grind out shaders, transmogs, premier skins, etc. without spending real money to do so. Real money should certainly be an option, but there should be some way to earn it in-game through playing or winning enough.

Here's how I see it: The only reason to spare a villain's life is if they have a chance of being redeemed. That is to say the villain must be able to turn into a good guy and compensate for all the lives they've ruined or ended by saving even more lives. If the villain has killed so many people in their lifetime that they have absolutely no chance of saving even more in the remaining time they have to be alive, then don't spare them, just kill them.

It would be nice to get an accurate villain death tole for every DC baddie just to see how many people Joker has killed vs like Harley or Deadshot or Croc or Darkseid or Brainiac etc.
