If the point of Lars' arc was to help him reach a point where he's comfortable and he's fulfilled his purpose, I think staying on Homeworld or just with the Off Colors is the perfect reward IMO. It doesn't mean he never has to appear on the show again but it's better than feeling alone all the time.

They actually made Padparadscha in the show, and her name is weird as fuck. I wouldn't put it past them
