well the last time we saw Clayface was him literally getting blown up in Justice League, my headcanon is that doing so caused Matt Hagen's personality to "die" and Annie's to reemerge and reform a new body from what was left of Clayface's body, eventually she and Tim would reunite sometime after the ROTJ flashbacks, and would eventually marry(with her being Tim's unnamed wife that gets mentioned in ROTJ)

a bit sappy admittedly, but there's too many bad ends in the DCAU as it is(which has kinda soured me on that universe over the last couple of years)

Clayface's last appearance is attempting to do a movie of the Gray Ghost alongside Simon Trent, being exposed, and then getting mixed into cement during a fight with Batman. In the end, he winds up as a statue of the Gray Ghost.
