Those other anons were right, there are tons to the point this is likely not for the films.
The Harley I can make out looks more like the ones from the games than her Skwad incarnation.
Not that she couldn't get a change of costume obviously. Same with Black Lightning who looks to be in his comic costume instead of the one from his show.
The only way to know for sure is if a character known to be dead was there, but I can't say for sure.
For example while I can make out Jessica Cruz there's nothing to say she wasn't put into the comics to prepare for the introduction of her in the GLC movie.
