Do you honestly see Selina being someone's wife? It makes no sense. The only way i could see it is if it was for a play.

This idea that Selina would settle down in the big Wayne Manor and being a big momma to all the Robins and Batgirls simple doesn't make any sense in my head. The Bat-Family would probably dislike her for various reasons and she would probably get bored to her tears and end up doing something stupid that would betray Batman's trust in her.

The alternative would be for her to actually be Batman's sidekick instead of the dotting wife waiting for him back at the manor, with her going out vigilanting together him as Catwoman, but that as well doesn't fit for me. I don't see Selina going straight and narrow for Batman because that's what he wants and following his order in the field to the letter like a good little trooper, even if it was in the name of "luv".

So really, all she really can be is the on-and-off girlfriend that Batman sometimes rescue out of some harry mess or call for help to pull some theft job, with them never resolving their stupid romance other than continue to reassure each other that they love one another with all their being despite circunstancies, said circunstancies that are always contrived as fuck to justify the eternal "will-they-won't-they" dance since in reality Catwoman hasn't done anything really shady that could keep her from Batman since Brubaker's run brought her back to prominence as a reluctant heroine who's hopelessly in love with Batman, because otherwise if she did really shady things it'd become harder to justify the pairing in logical ways and without said pairing Catwoman lose all the value she has left as a character.

It was Batman who was shown to be hopelessly in love with her, to the point of worrying for her safety in a very paranoid and emotional way even when he knew very well she couldn't get hurt easily, which is why he didn't wanted to approach her because he feared he could doom her. And the JLU cartoon ended with Batman finally easing up on that and flirting with her.

That is false. Timm originally was going to pair Wonder Woman with Faraday King, using him as a modern Steve Trevor of sorts. It's just that the audience liked Batman and Wonder Woman interactions better, so they decided to pursue it. It came down to character chemistry.
