We don't even know if Gotham's Bruce Wayne will grow up to be Batman. So far his twisted origin is closer to Owlman. It's similar to the Morrison Earth 2 graphic novel, where everyone good is ultimately corrupted by evil.

That said, the David has been talking to everyone he knows at his network and Warner Television to make it happen. Little dude even has a story he wants to tell to explain it. The kid is a true fan boy.

Ends with finally learning that, castes or not,
she has a choice and can choose to be what she wants, fucks off to New York or something to join the JSA and becomes a secondary power hitter who shows up occasionally like Superman does.

Vigilante is a one-note. They made Prometheus/Chase into the villain that could defeat Oliver but chose not to in the end. Basically no villain will ever top Prometheus fpr Arrow and S5 was a great exit for the series.
