Some site, I think CBR I don't remember exactly, has a rule in place that you have to refer to Sam as "NINO" (Nova in Name Only). f you call him Sam or Alexander or Nova, they'll ban you.

The only real way to support a book like this is to pre-order the first floppies months before they come out. Even if you buy them on release, that probably won't matter, the book will be DOA by then. It's the Marvel policy of making ongooings these days: they throw shit at the wall and see if something sticks.
Anything that isn't an unexpected success or something with a character that sells is basically cancelled by the third/fourth floppy.

Suffering a lot from obvious movie synergy, but the Groot plot is legitimately interesting, and I'm happy the fraternity of raptors is being used again.

I gave his Deadpool a chance and that didn't get good until issue 7, so I'm doing the same thing with this.

Yeah, it started off kind of weird with the mercs for money, but it's gotten better since then, especially with the Madcap stuff, and now the secret empire lead up.

I think Duggan was a bit split for time via the Deadpool line being stretched so thin and his own work on Uncanny.
I believe each of the Mercs for Money was supposed to get an arc, but then they split them off into ongoings assuming that the interest in them wasn't because of Deadpool sales.
Not to mention all the guest issues/10$ cashgrabs shoved into the main book instead of minis/oneshots.

I was HC tradewaiting since I know the book has no risk of cancelation, but I gotta come back for the Secret Empire arc.
