I mean, the ideal Judge is asexual. Sexual relations are completely verboten. In practice Giant (Senior), Demarco and Anderson, and pretty much any Wally Squad Judge are definitely NOT asexual. Most Judges are human trying not to be. While not sexual, even Dredd has a chink of emotional weakness for his city and for his niece.

Some of the most interesting characterization of Judges come ftom this: Hershey's genuine appreciation for equal friendship where she can get it (initially with Dredd and her fellow street Judges, now with a Chief Judge she elevated into the role in a sponsored regime); Beeny's channelling of personal grudges into reviee and reform; Anderson's surprisingly non-hostile (even semi-sexual) relationships with Mikhail and Orlok.
