A better done adaptation of the character than what we got in the main DC continuity. I say Tomasi took a great outline presented by the game and filled in the blanks with unique characterization.

Like, did anyone believe this? Who were they fooling? He takes off his mask and it's some literal who named Jimmy Smith or something? Very exciting, Rocksteady. Or that he'd just disappear and you'd have to "guess" his identity because it's up to our imagination?
