Diana is more loving, warm, and forgiving.

Superman hates people who do bad things to people. Diana loves them no matter what they do, tries to see things from their perspective and tries to show them the better way.

That's not it is usually in the comics. Usually Wonder Woman is the one clamoring for revenge and wanting to spill blood, while Superman holds her down and try to talk her out of it.
