Leak said originally Raiden was planned, but due to the overwhelming negative response they switched him with Lightning, who was originally going to be his premier skin (judging from leak, one character from each pack gets one)

This means, if the leak is true, Raiden will be a premier for Black Lightning.

Some are saying the switch wouldn't make sense because they would have already made gear for Raiden and now they would have to make new gear for Lightning. But they may not have even started making the gear yet, since Fighter Pack #1 was still being worked on when it was revealed, and probably still is.

I like it. Spawn and Black Manta are there and Raiden has been downgraded to a premier, so it's good enough for me.

The only thing stopping me from believing is the fact that Beast Boy is there. Yes, Boon retweeted requests for him. And yes, he could theoretically be the gorilla next to Raiden in the silhouette lineup.

But implementing him sounds like A LOT of work, unless they find a loophole to make his transformations work in-game without spending an unprecedented amount of time animating a bunch of new models.

I'm thinking Scarecrow, Superman, Batman, or Bane should be next. Any thoughts on which is more valuable to have at 20 first?

Considering that they're probably being pressured to include one female character in each pack, yes, I think she would be a good choice.

They could use one of the normie choices like Katana or Star Sapphire or one of the Gods Among Us girls. I think those choices would be far less inspired than Terra. At least she has the POTENTIAL to be unique and really cool visually.

I imagine DC dictates a certain set of core characters that have to be in the game, and then let NRS fill out the rest of the roster.

That is why Superman is guaranteed to be in Injustice 3 even if he got de-powered at the end of Injustice 2. Worst part is they didn't even do a good job with Joker. I wouldn't have minded his inclusion if they actually made him look good. Instead he just looks like a grimy hobo clown in this game.

What are the best A.I. loadouts for all the characters? What have you found works for you? I want to have the A.I. grind for me the characters I don't wanna play with. All characters well so it can be a resource for others and not just me. But loadouts for Doctor Fate and Cyborg are especially welcome.
