The first episode of this season was a bit offputting, I think so far the older episodes were better than the episodes from this season. But then I always find that MTM is better when you rewatch it than when you watch it the first time around.

I'm going to say something controversial here, but MTM is the best at making mundane scenarios horrifying. Rick & Morty post season 1 is surprising in a "how far will they go" way but MTM gets dark in a way I haven't seen since Moral Orel at least.
