I love Super Jail but I always get shit on by someone for it every time I bring it up.

It doesn't have Xavier-tier wordplay but there are some subtle jokes hiding behind less subtle jokes every now and again.

I was surprised how real the characters became half way through. It felt like I was rewarded for staying in the weird atmosphere so long. Not that I'd want to leave, the world they live in is hauntingly beautiful and damn comfy.

Fuck no, I refuse to admit that. Amon started off as a pretty good villain but he became a jumbled mess the further the season went along. I'll admit he had a hell of a lot of squandered potential but they absolutely shit the bed with him in the final third of his arc. Say what you will about Airbender's villains but at least they were all consistent.

The weird thing is, after watching for awhile, I can't imagine the show having any other style. The garish colors and oddball designs really fit. It also has really good animation and comedic timing, which is rare. Ice Cream and Diamond a best but I love them all. Really great choices for voice actors.

Superjail is arguably my favorite cartoon just because it's so fun to watch all the crazy shit they can throw on screen. The animation tends to flow really well (even in the later seasons when they switched to flash imo) and I'm a sucker for robots
