Shows only you remember
I'll start.
>>92776322
>wake up at some ungodly hour in the morning
>this shit is on
>"Oh nice, I remem..."
>it's the feminism episode
>dropped that shit like it was hot
>>92776322
We saw like 6 episodes of that show when I was in 4th grade.
Shit was pretty fun.
>>92776322
this was awesome, it had like 20 different versions but still awesome
>>92776322
I remember this show, how was it called? I remember an episode in which they visites a bunch of cyclops and they wanted to make the redhead pne of them by taking one of his eyes off
I used to watch this show back in Mexico. It was the America history one. Educational enough to help me pass my history test!
>>92776400
There was a feminism episode? :(
I really liked this show in early mornings....
>>92779683
Sorry. I thought this was the Canadian show about human health
>>92779719
It probably was
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpchye1X_Rs
>>92776322
The early man and neanderthal episodes were the shit.
The other two series about the human body and space were also cool.
This guy uploaded all the human body episodes.

>>92776322
My teacher pass this show in elemntal school. I don't remember why. Early humans I think.
>>92776322
I wish I could forget this shit....
>>92776322
Belgium's state tv must have produced this because it's still on tv everyday
>>92776322
This had a cartoon?
>>92776322
just post Psi already
>>92776322
>Once Upon Series
I do!
>>92779683
In the new series called "One upon a time... Earth".
>>92780727
Each intro to the series listed at least half of Europes national TV channels as sponsors.
It's no wonder it is so far spread.
>>92776322
This is the first time I've seen one of these threads where the OP actually is a cartoon I've never seen or heard of.
>>92781080
Good ol' Madoc!
>>92776322
In the same vein...
>>92776322
I rewatch the episode about future from time to time. Good shit.
>>92782180
You're missing out on a lot, unless you are pulling my leg.
Never knew before that it was possible to put a hilarious spin on the execution of MAD doctrine.
>>92776322
Man = Space > Life > Americas
Prove me wrong
>>92784067
I'm not, I can't remember seeing anything like this as a kid. Is it a Europe thing? What's it called?
>>92780113
That's French-Japanese-Swiss-Italian, not Canadian
>>92784130
>Is it a Europe thing?
Yes
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Once_Upon_a_Time...
The one in the OP is specifically ONe Upon a Time Man, the oldest one.
>>92784026
AND BIGGER!
Does anybody know where I can find English dubs of Once Upon a time Space?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8frinFbM1Z4
>>92776322
This is a MUST SEE in France you know. The entire series is being HD'ed up by France Television. It's quite good actually.
>>92784222
They used to be on youtube and Dailymotion once, but it looks like its owner took steps to 'promote' this product by only leaving self-uploaded samples.
Will keep looking elsewhere, though!
>>92776322
This cartoon is well known in Poland. Mostly because of good dubbing i guess.
FUCK
I seem to remember actually liking this show when I was younger, despite the fact that Elvis was never really popular in Australia and the premise itself is nonsense.
>>92784067
He looks like jack frost from those stop motion Christmas specials.
>>92776322
My granduncle's wife played the narrator in the norwegian dub, actually.
>>92776322
Nigger, I watched that shit as a kid daily. Mainly "Il était une fois l'espace"
>>92776322
I remember this franchise and every single iteration of it.
Space was the best.
>>92787777
Lucky quads.
I remember seeing a few episodes on one of our local Spanish-language channels.
I'm claiming this thread in the name of Once Upon a Time and posting the only opening to a children's cartoon that starts with sex.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=imP2MZxoM-s
>>92776400
Hey now, it was a time when feminism meant "please let us vote, and don't force us into marriage".
>>92776322
Private Snafu
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wU256cGwMHM
>>92790286
No it wasn't. They were pushing the wage gap meme.
>>92790237
>I'm claiming this thread in the name of Once Upon a Time and posting the only opening to a children's cartoon that starts with sex.
Only in France could you get away with this.
>>92776322
Life > History > Space
>>92790525
>that ending
Death will not save you from this war.
>>92776322
>tumblr nose
>>92794360
Good tastes. Life has cool designs and dat soundtrack.
>>92790525
Dr. Seuss wrote the script for some of these.
>>92793405
european cartoons used to be able to get away with anything as long as it was educational
>>92795675
>tfw every fucking library in my youth had pic related because of sex ed
It's boring as shit but the girl dies from AIDS in it after getting it from a one night stand, which is a bit shocking when you're like 12.
>>92795790
most educational cartoons and comics are boring as shit
reason folks actually remember the once upon a time cartoons is because they actually happened to be pretty good
P-I-N-O! DOUBLE-C-H-I-O!
>>92795844
True.
>>92795888
I remember this shit giving me nightmares when I was a kid. That little wooden nigga had a lot of haunting shit happen to him from what I recall.
>Waking up on Sundays at 6am Can't get back to sleep. Turn on channel 4. This is on.
>>92776322
Holy shit this franchise.
I really liked my country's opening for this series in particular:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_DC3T6DYh1I
It feels me with nostalgia everytime.
>>92796175
I liked Fly Tales.
On that note
https://youtu.be/iWNMc27qG1A
>>92795790
I fapped to this
>>92796590
I did too, I mean it had tits, that's usually all it took for teenager me.
Which makes the dead by AIDS conclusion even more disheartening when you think about it post wank.
>>92776322
Is that the show where every one dies at the end of the opening?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfnLa4B-Pbg
And since it seems there is a lot of frogs here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w86ADyhJ9Fw
>>92783573
Oh gosh the memories.
Those three little fuckers killed the Scott expedition, though.
>>92781080
>exposed nipples in an intro
I wonder if they let it pass because it was european, or because it was educational.
>>92783573
Oh shit, other people remember this show.
I rewatched some of it recently, sadly doesn't hold up as well as the Once Upon a Time series imo. Pacing is kind of awful notably, which seems weird to say about an educational show, but it seems like they spread 15 minutes of dialogue and animation over 20 minutes episodes... although I guess that's also true of Once Upon a Time Life, so I'm not sure what saves one and not the other.
>>92776322
Albert Barillé is the true master ! all the "il était une fois" séries are masterpieces
btw, it was remastered for the bluray
>>92794561
The composer for the soundtrack is famous (and extremely prolific): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michel_Legrand
It probably explains why the soundtrack is great.
>>92797212
Apparently he scored all of them but none of them is as memorable to me as Life.
https://youtu.be/Fe_HURAI-VQ
>>92780673
I thought I feverdreamt this show. I remember waking up at like 5-6 am and being weirded the fuck out over this semi-normal looking kid with a bunch of dumb looking cave people
