It's just the American version with the audio from the Canadian version. Someone redid the opening text crawl but the rest of the scenes that were only in the Canadian version are just the VHS copy.

Nelvana was weird, but I'm glad they existed. I dig their bizarre sense of story telling and their desperation in trying to be edgy, yet trying to remain all ages.

Look up Witch's Night Out. It's another Nelvana cartoon. It looks like a harmless Halloween TV special, but good lord, the amount of adult themed jokes in the movie are borderline scandalous.
