I think the only time you should do this is when you're incredibly subtle about it.

Space, snow, desert. Realistic looking pictures and textures are very nice as long as you make your characters actually fall inside the 3D plane in a believable way. Which sadly is incredibly hard to do.

For some reason real-life people work with CGI backgrounds and characters+special effects, but not 2D characters.

I'm away from my computer but I'm the guy that was finding these episodes, it's going to be awhile before I can use mine again and I don't want to download anything on this one, but I believe there are other episodes that use stock images. It'd be nice if someone took up the cause and helped look, the episodes are just an eyesore if you mute it, so maybe that can help get you through it.

Also I'm the guy that used to post animation errors, I'm hoping if I can get my other computer fixed that I can start posting them again, here and the tumblr blog. It's a fun time passer when I don't feel like doing better things. Plus somehow they manage to do every error in the book, I'm just waiting to see if they have a frame/scene where the background isn't even present.

That said, anyone have the webm with sound (link it or at least give the episode?) where they mix up the girls? I think it was blossom/bubbles, they gave the powerpuff the wrong voice. I think it was an early episode because it was when these threads just started picking up. I feel like not enough people have seen that mistake yet.

Yes. Blossom was so worked up in a newer episode about autismo asking her out that she created a new ice age so she didn't have to talk to him. She only realized her mistake when yeti immigrants stopped her and the other girls from sledding.

That seems to be a reoccurring thing from the 5-10 episodes I've seen. The town being saved if it helps them (like when their favorite show might be cancelled) and realizing they did something wrong when it just inconveniences them.

You don't even need to use the layers or anything, it's basic editing that can be done in maybe 3 minutes if you have a slow computer.
