I disagree with you on Andi. She wasn't written out of character. She wasn't seperated from Flash and is now living in New York with him (or relatives?). She didn't lose her symbiote and she wasn't killed off. The writing even sort of complimented her by having one of the FBI guys say that Venom is weaker than Mania in pic related. All in all she came out pretty good in #150.

Even Eddie was doing really well! Like, his character had some good changes, improvements, and so on. I even liked Anti-Venom. Shit was clever as a way to insinuate the steps after addiction, even when heavy-handed.

But I've been a Venom fanatic for 20 fucking years, and Eddie post-Venom has been a great arc. Probably one of the coolest B-plots Marvel has had in years.

They really ought to collect all his appearances from selling the suit, right up to the end of "Carnage" in a hardcover. It's great.

Costa is like reading a fourth LotR book where Frodo finds 20 more rings, kills Sam to get one, then runs away from the shire to fight steampunk mechs before finding a time-machine and retconning the entire series.

The one panel that really broke me was the symbiote trying to get back with Peter, which goes against everything that was established like, an issue before, as Spidey tried to place it in the container at the beginning of this whole thing. That was the moment where it was obvious this was going to be Marvel doubling-down on stupid.
