The person who posted the images is not the same as the one who threatened the studio to make Klance canon. That mincoco person (who posted the pics) said the studio allowed them to take photos and said which stuff was off limits, but other than that they could do what they wanted. It was dumb, but I think Studio Mir is more at fault here for letting people take pictures of spoilery stuff.
