IIRC, canonically, the One Above All is BOTH Stan and Jack. We saw Jack in the issue of Fantastic Four where the rest of the team traveled to Heaven to get Ben back, but he also claimed to have a collaborator (heavily, HEAVILY implied to be Stan).
