It's actually the other way around.
This movie doesn't have to be good. It just has to be empowering. And you can silence all criticism after the fact.

I can already think of at least three people that are going to ignore the fact that I've vocally hated every other DCEU movie and act like the reason I hate this one is because sexism. That's the narrative. It's preinstalled for WB's convenience.

I guess it really doesn't matter if the movie is good or not. I guess for WB it's about making sure they are first to capture that market and for this audience it's about the fact this movie exists at all.
