Make someone want to read a comic by posting ONE page from it
Shade the Changing Man
>>92725996
Man, Bruce Timm must be pretty fucked up guy.
>>92726045
Wasn't that just a colored translation of some manga?
>>92726169
The artist is a chingchong, but it's technically an American publication. Even the script was written by an American.
>>92726284
That's actually really neat, I learned something today. Thanks anon.
>>92726887
Okay.
You got me.
Badger (might have been the first issue or the second, can't remember exactly)
>>92727417
the balls on that guy
>>92727417
That guy is seriously lacking self-preservation instinct.
>>92726161
>>92726845
>>92726682
>>92727166
I don't know if this is a mild form of autism, but some guys just don't realize that a page that might be epic in context, is just meh without it. I see this in /a/ one page threads all the time but to an even bigger extent.
>>92730243
They're just cool pages. Just teasers. You aren't really supposed to get the full impact of the scene from just one page. Exceptions to this are... exceptions.
>>92726073
He didn't write it.
>>92730358
Yes, but some pages are cool or intriguing by themselves. For instance this shit >>92726148 — people will see a nazi dinosaur and will want to know what's up with that (even if it's most probably garbage). But outside of context, the pages I linked are just three guys on a scooter, a guy behind bars, a guy in a hoodie smiling and a black guy raving on a roof in a thunderstorm.
This isn't apparent to a person who has trouble with empathy, because he remembers the feeling he had when reading that page, and just assumes other people will feel the same without considering the different circumstances.
>>92726557
Damn, that was rough.
>>92726045
Fucking Mortal Kombat
>>92730407
Not that guy, but Bruce Timm IS a fucked up dude regardless of what he did or did not write.
>>92726058
>>92728771
Hey, if you know he's gonna kill ya no matter what, why not crack a joke at his expense?
It has been too long since I read this.
>>92726845
Jonboy Myers isn't on art duties for Royals anymore? Thank fucking god, his art style does not work for the comic medium...
>>92732497
In under a year, he has walked off Teen Titans and Royals (and maybe Spawn but I haven't confirmed that).
No one has any idea what his fucking plan is.
Luther Strode
>>92729728
He would kill him one way or the other. Don't give your killer any respect.
>>92733902
picked up
>>92726887
What is this from? I know I've seen something like this a long time ago, but can't remember.
>>92735446
Twisted Toyfare Theatrescanned collected volumes here: >>92676900

>>92730647
Source?
>>92726284
What's the name , I really interest in read this
>>92736240
IDW's D&D comic. Quick Google search based on the file name.
>>92736781
Batman Inc #4. Also right there in the filename.
>>92736985
>>92737012
These on the other hand, don't have filenames to search, and I'd appreciate knowing where they're from.
>>92727388
> The Hard Stuff
> Stewbum
I like this comic's moxie
>>92737370
The first one is Multiversity and the second is Rachel Rising.
>>92737065
It's in the filename. The entire series plus every other comic by the publisher is here: >>92676900
Go to the "weeb shit section". Everything grouped together from Jademan down through Oriental Legend is from that publisher. They're pretty much all in the same style and just utterly insane.
>>92737570
Thanks!
>>92726390
>corps
>>92730243
As someone who has never read a single Punisher comic I really liked the Punisher one. Your point is valid anyway tho, it's not autism but it's just easy to forget all the context that you know about that really makes the page good.
>>92738047
No prob.
>>92738204
Charge your battery and stop fucking phone posting you piece of shit.
>>92735129
Source?
>>92727066
I'm curious, what is this?
>>92726520
tfw Ewing referrenced it
>>92738308

>>92737936
This is a masterpiece.
>>92736545
Ah!?
>>92737039
The Fix is so good.
This one is Cage!
>>92739466
>Half a century later, Hellboy fucked the baby.
>>92740329
Oh, it gets waaay weirder from there.
DC's reboot of House of Mystery, I believe.
>>92741853
Is that duck avenger?
>>92736739
This comic was terrible. But Karnak almost single handedly salvages it.
>>92740329
>>92740906
It is from House of Mystery (2008).
The actual series is really hit and miss. I didn't care for the frame narrative that much, and some of the short stories were seemingly put in there just because each issue "had" to have a story
>>92742060
Yes. (Paperinik New Adventures, original title).
>>92725912
>>92737070
I'd appreciate if someone storytimed this.
Not requesting it, because I've been banned for that.
>>92742359
Thanks, that shit look amazing. Shame is being suspended after the next issue due to printing costs.
>>92738073
Somehow I've never noticed that.
Marvel Ruins was such a scattershot mixture of bullshit and brilliance.
