Definetely. The first movie is actually very good. It's a different and more emotional take on Spidey's origin, but the cinematography, acting and score are very good.

The second one tried too much imo. Whatever was great in the first was still there, but the sudden switch in tone and the cheesyness of the villains made it worse.
