It was a lot of fun and a huge step up from seasons 3 and especially 4.

The Chase twist was great, and there was a lot of good character work with just about everyone. And best of all Felicity wasn't obnoxious about hogging screentime.

Remember when her mom and dad were supposed to get arcs this season? Thank god that shit didn't happen.

7.5/10. Overall decent. It had some weak/boring stretches, and some things were outright dropped (who the hell is the Vigilante? He went toe-to-toe with Chase!).

But it's overall been a step in the right direction. I like that they experimented with a truly "hot button issue" with the gun control episode; I adored their handling of Wild Dog; and even though they went back to Olicity, it was much less tumblr-baity and much more in the tone of the show.

So, it had some flaws. But it did pretty damn well, especially for a show that had two increasingly awful seasons preceding it.

I'd give it a healthy 8-8.5. Would go with 9 and maybe higher if they hadn't dragged out certain things and spent 2-3 episodes on Olicity near the end. Evelyn was a downer too, as was how Vigilante and Ragman were basically forgotten in the back half. Probably the best out of the season finales this go around, and I enjoyed The Flash finale, though I didn't see Supergirl's yet.

Definitely a major improvement over 3 and 4, though some things still held it back. Regardless, I've got some high hopes going into S6 now.

I'm fucking done if Slade died and I jumped ship completely during the latter half of season 4 after Felicity got shot, except watched Laurel die, and watched the hundredth just to get shat on with Slade not showing his face.

I missed a lot yet feel like I missed nothing at the same time. Fuck man this show was so good during seasons one and two then started downhill three and now I'm here.

Slade is just too based if he dies like this also whatever happened to China White?

I liked S2's finale, but it was a lot more overwrought than I think you guys remember it being. This finale had so many things going for it: a satisfying conclusion to the "Is Ollie a killer?" plotline, a nice twist at the end, and some great setups for the future of the show, along with solid action all throughout.

Not sure about Felicity, Cap Lance, and Digg, Manu returned on his terms so Slade is clearly not dying, and we all know Malcolm and Boomer are going to be okay. William's mommy is probably going to be six feet under though.

I feel that Oliver became the Green Arrow for real in this season. Last season he tried to be a new hero, but ended up killing Damian Dahrk in the end. I'm glad the writers showed the consequences of that and I'm glad Oliver has finally become the man he wanted to be. 10/10

Arrow 1 was bretty great relative to smallville. The CW romance parts sucked but the fight scenes were cool and it was good after the shitshow that was Smallville.

Season 2 was better.

Season 3 sucked

Season 4 sucked more

Season 5 is back to season 1/season 2 quality IMO.
