This is a bit corny. What I lied about Deathstroke is how complex he is and also how much of an autist he is while in this crossover he's been to obviously "muh family" for my taste. Sure, we all know family is the most important thing for him, but his autism usually prevented him from actually saying out loud that he actually kinda sorta slightly likes his kids and wants the best for them.
I mean, this is a really good issue, but Teen Titans and Titans were horrible.

Slade always had this weird mix of avancular and adversarial mix of a relationship with Dick, repeatedly mentally stating how much he respects him for being so competent and tough. When he became a semi-good guy their relationship was actually slightly better then Dick and Bruce's for awhile, though when he came back to life and went villain again after getting his healing factor that changed.

My guess is he kind of wishes his actual children were a bit more like him, as much as he puts him down in front of Rose.

I don't think the Judas Contract ever happened in the Rebirth timeline,if it did it would have been mentioned by now. Wally knowing Joseph might be his memories from the previous timeline or Joseph worked with the Titans in the past.
