I watched that first vid ages ago, and from what I remember I can definitely understand his point of view. Season 6, in general, is not as immediately gratifying as the boisterous fun of the earlier seasons, but I still love it for different reasons. It offers a more nuanced approach to storytelling, that really forces the audience to engage with the themes and ideas being presented, combined with some truly bizarre and interesting concepts. But after so long, people come to expect certain things from a show, so it's no surprise that people were pissed off by this change in tone. I recall an interview with Muto going into s6 where he said that he expected that some people were going to hate it. Anyway, I wish more people would appreciate s6 for what it is, the entertainment is different, but still good.

the mini series are amazing.

i like the show because finn got older and wiser and so did the shows underlying messages and writing.

it stopped being funny, but the show didnt get worse. the fillers got worse tho.
