Saiyans naturally like to fight. It's in there DNA. They need the challenge (the full bloods anyway). They're aggressive, but we know that can be reigned in (either via the head bump or a strong willed woman in there life).

Clark would have no difficulty teaching him or subduing him, given Goku doesn't actually reach a threatening level until adulthood (by that time he should have his powers under control). He was only town level or so around the time of King Piccolo (but then again, Roshi was weaker than him and blew up the moon).

Figuring out how to fly will be the hardest for him, but he'd eventually figure it out. He'd likely figure out Ki as well, since that's natural to Saiyans (When they go beserk as a great ape they shot that blast out of there mouths).

Specific attacks though... might take him a while to create. Supposedly, he is a prodigy when it comes to Ki (at least he was back in dragonball). He'd probably be able to create his own version of the KaMeHaMeHa in less time than it took Roshi.

Lets be honest.

Clark is basically an energy manipulator. He doesn't do what he does 'just because'. He manipulates internal energy. Granted he gets that energy through absorbing it from outside sources, but he's essentially an energy manipulator. It's not really that far of a stretch to say Goku could mimic it with ki.

No, he actually learned how to straight up read minds while on his trip to Namek. Hell even discounting Goku, Roshi was able to do straight up mind reading as early as the 21st Tournament. It's just "a thing" that people can learn how to do, like martial arts and Ki techniques.

But honestly we're ignoring something really big: after Superman, the biggest influence Goku would have in utilizing his Ki techniques would come from the Green Lanterns. Not that he'd get a ring himself, but that he'd start learning how to make pseudo-constructs using his Ki. Making a larger Ki fist or even things like Ki blades are relatively easy once you figure out it's possible. Hell in the movies he could make a whole Dragon out of his Ki.

While his go-to would be Ki-based eye beams, Goku could easily start pulling some shit that would make Guy Gardner smile with enough training.

I think the main thing is that Saiyans have a larger level of ki than humans by default and that Goku has been shown to be remarkably capable of learning how to manipulate ki from simply seeing a technique. If we assume these things are true in this hypothetical universe postulated by OP then we can assume that Goku would learn how to better manipulate his Ki in his attempts to copy Superman so that already gives him Flight, Ki Blasts, a level of invulnerability, and enhanced strength and speed.

If Goku, being better educated from his childhood with the Kents, is able to extrapolate that with increased training he may be able to enhance his abilities I think he most definitely would in order to sate the Saiyans inherent need for combat, his own drive for self improvement, and the desire to be a better hero to help his Father and follow in his footsteps. Which could lead to him gaining a good number of Ki techniques and similar abilities to those he would have in Dragonball and DBZ

Not sure that's something he can teach, since it's heavily reliant on being a Kryptonian, absolute perfect muscle control and a complex brain. A lot of people forget that Superman's brain is also a biological quantum super-computer which can distinguish every Human voice on Earth from each other from orbit. When on the ground Superman can hear and distinguish every sound made by all matter and life for miles around him and sometimes feel their vibrations through his feet. Well, to be fair, the recent books have pretty much said that the only way the Emperor can be badly wounded is if he doesn't fight back against his bat-shit insane son who has just been enfused with all of the power of 4 other gods. And even when he was badly wounded, he was still able to just 1-shot that guy with a mind-bullet. That being said, I still want to see a death-battle between Darkseid and Emperor. They have so much in common:
