I'm not saying Glacius couldn't beat Sub-Zero, but the older Sub-Zero beat up Raiden's god brothers, and went to hell to steal the devil's chain before he ended up getting toasty'd by someone he easily beat in life. The younger Sub-Zero also took over his old clan of assassins and wrestled it from the control of super strong cyborgs with advanced tech while he had none. He also got a medallion for a while that enhanced his power further.

Power levels aren't really meant to be consistent in Mortal Kombat, every character has the potential to do amazing things. Liu Kang and the final boss are slightly above everyone else, that's really it.

confirmed, in binary mode Carol has blown up planets, traveled FTL without a ship, committed genocide (almost), flew into the sun and hung around for a while, and in the page you posted, took on most of the Builder fleet by herself. (true, she lost, but....) in regular Captain Marvel form, she's taken on entire fleets by herself, gotten nuked multiple times without any injury, been punched by the Hulk so hard she achieved orbit....without even a bloody nose, and has said multiple times "I could eat the sun". Which is true.
