I've been really pleased to see that he's been handled well by writers aside from Morrison, which is usually difficult when it comes to his creations. The only bad thing about his appearance in Gotham Knight was that the fight wasn't all that great, but that's to be expected.

The only part of his initial character that hasn't carried on from Morrison is the Shakespeare thing, where a madman's babblings are obscured plot details. But then again, that sort of writing is difficult to pull off without being obvious.

Pyg was dumb.
