Subjectively speaking, no, because despite its flaws it had much more great things to remember fondly.
Objectively speaking, no again, because this was just 10 episodes while Korra had 4 seasons; that's a lot to take in for a disappointing finale
I didn't even find it that disappointing, it was more of a "meh" ending.

No. It had some pacing issues because it was only 10 eps but besides that it was good.
I am pretty sure it was only 10 eps because adult swim didn't know if it would do good or not, now that it turned out to be a success I bet they wish they gave it more eps.

To me no. But it was not fantastic either. But I honestly never expected Samurai Jack to have an amazing plot. The stories themselves where never why SJ was a good show, but rather how they where told, through great animation and beautiful art.
I honestly think that that is this seasons biggest problem. There where too much talking, and not enough showing, which is what sort of happens when you have more characters interacting with each other.
Notice how people liked the first couple of episodes better than the last ones. In the first ones you have very few moments of characters interacting since Jack was still alone. They where more in tone with the old episodes.
All in all, I don't expect this season to go down as the best one, but it did it's job, making us able to finally close the book on Jacks tale.

Korra's problem was that it dropped actual martial arts and trying to do a villain of the week thing between books.
With Jack season 5 I would say the problem was that the ending was too abrupt and people wanted something longer and less tragic, even finite.
