Main character gets what is supposed to be the storybook his mom used to read to him as a child, however stories turn out to be true once he moves in serbia for university. Book has a ghost-type guide that only the main character can see

Since the characters are young adukts and i consider pitching this to adult swim the story can get quite dark but it will still have the kind of university humour

Not that much folklore as really paranormal shit, waifu is blonde but appears quite latter on, some cheeki breeki, some kebab removal, flip phone
