Oh happy days, I was almost going to work in this as an in-between artist at a partner 'Toronto' based studio. Sadly I ditched it for full time work else were, but I knew that it was a col lab with Saloon and was really temped to take the contract.

Film expansion, this is usually the make or break point for the company. The point were they will continue to push for more movies and capital or stay in a smaller state were one film releases every couple of years.

I suspect the wolf-one will do well. It has a feeling like it's blending the best of Kells and Song of the Sea (both of which I liked). I hope this Breadwinner film does well for them, but I have to admit I really really love the faerie tale fantasy genre they did on their first two films. I ardently hope they continue making more in that genre, even though they said the Wolfwalkers will be their last in that genre. (I can't find any more info on the subject, so we'll have to wait and see.)

You should just replace that with girl/woman/female. And you're not wrong, but through /co/ interests in girls I've found several good movies and shows. Secret of Kells isn't the greatest movie and truly the scenes with Aisling are my favorite, but it's not got some good merits nevertheless aside from Aisling.

Funny thing is, I checked out Song of the Sea unrelated to the one female character in it, and I really quite liked it.
